Hi, It all started a year ago where i caught a normal cold during the winter season. I'm not usually a person to catch colds but i fort it off, and it lead to post nasal drip. I've never had this problem before so first i tried all over counter stuff, that never worked so i booked an appointment to see the doctor and he prescribed me a steroid spray can't remember what's it called, but that never worked. I saw an ENT after that he said my mucous membranes where inflamed so he prescribed me another steroid spray and sinus rinse. I never saw the ENT after that day because i had to look after my daughter. All i know is i have an inflamed mucous membranes and post nasal drip has anyone got any other remedies i could try.

My favorite home remedy is a hot bowl of chicken soup. Chronic PND usually indicates a weakened immune system due to stress or other chronic conditions such as diabetes. I recommend regular massage therapy for stress management.

With my post nasal drip i wouldn't say chronic, i don't the thick drip you could see at the throat, I never snore, it's actually better at night than in day. The only think is it's thin and watery. Any other suggestions?
