I have taken 2 ept's that showed neg. My period should have come between the 8th and the 11th. I have been having lower back pain, not sure if that is from something else or sign of pregnancy. No other symptoms of preg. I did have a week of brown discharge about 2 weeks after my last period which started April 8th, only one day did it even spot enough to leave a mark on my underwear. Could it have been another period that soon and that light? I had a few cramps one day around when my period should have come, I also broke out on my face like usual. I had some whiteish discharge when i went to the bathroom last week. The lower back pain just started today, but I had some last month as well for a few days. Still no period. What is up??? Help PLEASE!
Well, doctors always say to wait for three cycles to pass because it may be something transient that can’t even be determined. If the problem persists for three cycles in a row, then you should see a doc.

The only thing I can do is make some suggestions.

If you have been stressed for a long time (about job, relationship, wanting a baby, anything), persistent high cortisol level may cause all sorts of medical problems you wouldn’t even dream of, including menstrual problems.

You could be having problems with your sex hormones. I can’t say what could be causing it but for example problems with thyroid gland could again cause menstrual troubles.

Then you could have endometriosis. It is a disorder in which uterine lining grows on other organs but not uterus. Then you may be ovulating, but as the lining is not growing in the uterus, it would leave as a period. This could be a problem, because if the lining’s growing elsewhere, it would also want to get out but it has no place to go.

Ovarian cysts and all sorts of different problems could lie behind your symptoms but only a doc can determine what it really is.
