I am 13 and i weigh 230 lbs, ive tried to loose weight but it dosent work for me

 i fear that i could never get to my goal and keep it off!!!!!!!    :'(

I think you should workout daily do the minimum of your ability until u get used to your workout plan. and you should diet not alot but enough to where your loseing some weight, because if you diet to much you might be tempted to eat junkfood.
