Wasn't expecting that!!!! But anyway I think you have 1 of these - either an STI OR a burn from shaving and ingrown hairs! That looks VERY red so your either having an allergic reaction to something OR something is causing this from an STI stand point! You need to get checked by your local STI clinic!
