I do swimming ice skating (yes I'm a dude deal wit it) and karate...I heard weightlifting in puberty is bad and wondered if doing these sports are still okay? Ts;dr

Weight lifting by itself is not bad.  It's using IMPROPER technique that is bad. 

If you are lifting correctly, supervised, it is a good activity to build your muscles.

Just don't overdo it.  It's OK to take a break.

Swimming is an excellent sport.  It works all the muscles and is easy on the joints.  Ice skating is good as well.  Karate, since it is supervised, is also an excellent activity.  You've made good choices.
