I'm 16, and have been with my boyfriend for over 8 months now. We've been having sex for probably 5-6 months. We used to be able to go forever, lol like 5 times a day, or even within the hour.. and I never felt any pain, never any problem..
Then I got a yeast infection I think.. went to my doctor, she told me it wasn't bad at all, just a bit of traces, what to buy if it continued, and it kind of just.. went away.. so I never treated it.. but sometimes I get like the white discharge like a yeast infection.. ever since then, I'm lucky if I can get through 1 time a day. And we've tried taking really long breaks.. we just went for 2 and a half weeks, but it didn't help anything..
It hurts more around my vagina then anything.. not so much in.. but after a while, it does start to hurt inside too. But I get red marks near like the opening.. almost like chafing? it stings and hurts to touch.
This also started happening around the time I started the pill.. would that have anything to do with it?
My boyfriend thinks it's his fault, and that I'm not wet enough, and that he doesn't turn me on enough, but he does turn me on, and why would I not be wet enough now, when I was before? And wouldn't not being wet enough be for pain that is inside, not outside?
We've only been with eachother, so that eliminates sti's.. right?

i have the same situation and i am in my late 50's. I used to have sex all the time with my partner, too and i know it is not a yeast infection, but i did notice i have had more yeast infections than usual....so maybe YOU ARE RIGHT THAT ITS A RESIDUAL YEAST infection. It hurts near the opening of the vagina..not inside. Like a red rubbed sore like area near the top, just inside, right?? MY SIGNIFICANT AND I ARE BUMMED TOO...does anyone hae the anwer- what is this?????
