I just recently had a overlapping sphincteroplasty

I just recently had a sphincteroplasty on Jan.31/07, and I am just very worried as now, I have gas and stool coming out from my vagina. I heard that this was normal for 6-8 weeks post surgery. I am just very concerned and I hope that this goes away. Does anyone know if this means that I will have to have a Fistula Vaginal Repair.
