You are in puberty.
Everyone develops at different rates/times. Some guys get big early, others later. Your penis can grow into your early 20's. Some guys get hairy earlier too, it just depends on your DNA. Give it time and you'll be shaving every day.
You ejaculate a normal amount too. A teaspoon is about 5ml. Average amount of semen varies but is usually between 2-5ml.
Any girl you want to have sex with should not comment on your penis. It's more than adequate size for the task. Think about it. You wouldn't comment on her breasts or anything else now would you? I thought not.
