I'm a teen girl who is in the middle of puberty. I've looked up a few questions but there seems to have no answer for it.

I am very confused by the state of my labia minora, one of them is bigger than the other. I know they grow during puberty but do they grow at the same time or seperately?

I tried fingering myself in the shower. Every time I pull my finger out, my vagina hole seemed that it was irritated by the movement. I figured I wasn't wet enough but I don't want to spend ages in the shower getting myself wet. Can I use shower gel as lube by getting my finger soapy, would the substances in it be toxic to my lady parts and get rashes or something similar?

Hi, guest.

During puberty, the labia majora and minora can grow in size and change in shape due to hormonal changes. However, it is not possible to predict exactly how the labia will change or whether they will grow at the same time or separately. Every person's body develops differently, and changes in the labia can vary widely in timing, rate, and extent. It's important to remember that there is a wide range of normal when it comes to the size and shape of genitalia, and there is no "right" or "wrong" way for the labia to look.
