Hello! I like cooking, but most of all I like eating tasteful food. My favorite cuisine is Mexican. I sometimes fish I was born there- that is how much I enjoy Mexican food! Of all the spices they use, my personal favorite is chile pepper. I like chile peppers very much, so I bought them and plan to use them when I cook too. How often I can it them?

Hello Mexican food lover! I totally agree with you that Mexican food is awesome! But I sometimes find chili peppers too hot for my taste. When I eat a lot of them I afterwards have problem with my stomach, and feeling that my food keeps coming back which gives a funny taste to my mouth. I therefore think that you should be moderate and use it just to spice up the food a bit, and not as a main course. And if you have some good Mexican recipe please share.

Hi guys! I must disappoint you and tell you that chili peppers are not completely healthy. Don’t get me wrong though- if you eat them moderately and use them to spice up your food they might even benefit your health. They have a lot of vitamin C, even more than lemon, so they are good for your immunity. Yet, if you eat too much of chili peppers you risk gastro esophageal reflux or even stomach cancer. So be careful more isn’t always better!
