The only time precum has spern in it is if you recently ejaculated. However, if you peed afterwards the sperm would have been gone. I honestly don't think you have anything to worry about here. If she skips her period then take a pregnancy test, but I doubt it would be positive. Even if she skips her period it could be from stress.
