I'd say get it checked by your doctor and get a diagnosis, you may have testicular torsion(inflation or pain/bruising of the testicles/scrotum) or varicocele(inflated veins in the Scrotum/Genitalia area). My dad was a doctor when Iwas growing up so I know this stuff!
