I need experts advice about abortion

Hi me and my girlfriend had sex last night without a condom or pill or anything (it was first time i had sex with here) and i ejaculated in her and today she said me that she is feeling strange things in here stomach and she had to throw up last night and tonight to she said i then asked here how many days it was when she had here last period and she said it was 2 weeks so last night i searched some information about that and i found that a girl is able to get pregnant 10 days-20 days after her last period so at this point i'm just freaking out.

so i talked about it with my best friend and he said that it might be a good idea maybe after she tested if she is really pregnant to take an abortion pill or something like that. Now this is the part where i need you guys because i don't know if any of this information is even true so i would like some conformation and knowing what i need to because my girlfriend is just scared she doesn't want a baby she said ofcourse she is only 16 so as i so i really need to find a solution to this i would really appreciate it if you can help me! 

So the questions i would like to get answered mostly are:

-is the possibility fairly big that she is indeed pregnant? 

-what can we do to test it if she is really pregnant?

-what is the best way to have an abortion as fast as possible? 

-is it like an abortion pill and how does that work and everything?
