I've been dealing with back pain for several years now. Only a few time has it become truly debilitating. I do have constant pain however. My last MRI showed a bulging disk at L3-4 & L4-5 and facet hypertrophy with mild to moderate canal and bilateral foraminal stenosis.

I'm hoping someone elses can tell if these are problems that might resolve themselves at some point or am I just stuck with them now?

I've had a couple epidual injection the the relief lasts only a couple of weeks. If anyone has had surgey for simular problems I would like to hear how it worked out for you.
