Every day without a condom, not unless she is on a birth control. They are not 100% effective, but without it you are going to hit the ovulation time sooner or later. BC doesn't reduce her egg count, but keeps it from being released for your sperm. Have her doctor prescribe it and wait 30 days before you can consider it fully in her system. Then you can both enjoy the full release. Warning, it is totally different feeling without a condom. XD You can also talk with her OBGYN to get your questions answered too.
