I am 4'11 and 158lbs almost 160lbs, I'm really insecure about my health/weight/looks and i'm starting to think I should go on an 'Anorexic Diet' because everyone tells me to go kill myself because of my weight. I went through depression for three years on and off. I am 11 years old. I was a self harmer for 2 years and I am not proud. HOW DO I LOSE WEIGHT?!?!?! I am still semi depressed but I like to think that im not and distract myself from it. I am not old enough to go to a gym yet either, ANYTHING WOULD HELP. What is your exercisie routine for losing weight in a healthy way. I JUST WANT HELP. If you can help in anyway comment about it
