I replaced my IUD and it hurts like hell

i had my iud in for 5 yrs. had it replace 3 months  after the 5 yr mark. I had been having stomach spasms about 1-2 months after my 5yr mark so I finially called my dr. I went in an told her was told it was prolly my body telling me it was time. So she replaced it. (HURT LIKE HELL told her where I felt the pain of her taking it out is where I have been feeling it and still do) The pain continued. About a week later after a few failed attempts of intercourse cause of children being glued to my hip, we had sex and the next am I felt my strings of my NEW iud. I called my ob and had to wait for a call back, in that time the iud was bothering me so I felt an could feel the base of the Mirana so I barley pulled an it came right out. Had a appt 4 days later... But 3 days later I started to bleed while still having spasms in my stomach. Didn't even know till a few hours into the day when I went to the bathroom to pee.. Dr the next day they couldn't put another in cause of insurance told me to call when I got my period and they would try to get insurance to pay... 

My concern is..........my body hurts like the flu, my legs feel like I have walked miles my arms ect...  Spurts of dizzy spells, spurts of ocd (last time was when I was pregnant with but th my children but had fever an chills included) And I'm still bleeding and it verys from light to heaven. When I have a tampon in its light when I don't I gush. Today my tampon was dry like it stopped. Pain had sub stained a lot. Took a shower all was good, about a hour later the pain came back with vengeance.. Went to pee an (sorry if tmi) bright red blood with a huge clots that freaked me out. Pain is still severe and I guess I'm bleeding I put a tampon in.. 

Has anyone experience anything like this before.. I have ray to ignore th pain but I folds me over sometimes..
