Okay so I started my period like normal but then the next day I started pouring out blood. I don't know what to do... I had to create a diaper so to speak with like 5 Super Overnight pads and there was so much blood that it went through my pads, underwear and pants in less than an hour. I have an appointment set to see my doctor but I want advice. I can't stop crying and this am now on the verge of a breakdown. Let me set you a better image... Imagine a faucet being turned on and you can't turn it off and rather than water it's blood. Please help me. I am only 19 and I am just so confused :(
I've had that happen to me a couple times since I've had my first period when I was 13. Once when I was around 16, I poured out blood for days, but it did subside after awhile. I thought I was dying at first, but it was just a really heavy period. I couldn't move without feeling like it was Niagara Falls down there. It then happened again when I was 22, but I wasn't as freaked out. It's good that you made an appointment for a doctor, but I'm sure everything will be fine.
