i think i am pregant and i and i have a period every 3 month

:'( i am so sad i really want a baby but my boyfriend gets off outside of me and we had sex everey night i am 16 and he is 22 we are geting married but don't want a kid what to do i am ready to be a mom but he said he is not because he had one and he lost her well i want one and now i have periods every 3 months and i had my period last month usally it will start every month depends but it hasn't started so please help
