im 13 if you need to know and i got a red non itchy area around my pubic hair it looks like a hair stuck in the skin the hair is new and i tried putting a hot towel on it and it should soften and pull it out with tweezers but it was new so i was only pulling skin should i wait a little more and please send a web or pic of how an ingrown hair looks like cuase my uncle said maybe its just a bump on your skin please respond fast

It could be actually under the skin in that case you will have to break the skin with a sterilized needle then pop it out.
