I use an implanon implant but im bleeding during sex with my partner, is this a normal side-effect?

I have the inplanon for one mouth I had a regular period then I stop a week later I started bleeding when me and my husband and sex it been on and off I hate this what can I do

Im having the same problem. I keep thinking about having it out. I bled non stop for 8 months with it then it stopped and just comes and goes as it feels. It can be gone i will have sex and then the next day the bleeding is back

Im having the same problem, i was reading an artical about bleeding after sex could mean cancer, so i freaked out and started googling it! Glad i found this! I was so worried!

Am just 3 months too, tho i just bleed for about a month strech, but nw sex is the problem, am not always in d mood for sex, and when i hv sex with my hubby, its like am getting deflower, and this is being an issue in my marriage.i need help plzzz

I have had the implant in for over a year nearly two and I had periods at times and could go months again without one but lately I do bleed a lot and especially during after intercourse I did go to the nurse de said its normal is it though??

Am the same l bleed after sex with my boyfriend but it's only there when I wipe myself then that's it I don't no what to do for the best

This is what's been happening to me everytime. I have the implant and never bleed at all except for when I have sex

I just went to the Doctor for this reason - she reckons its endometrial bleeding - basically a build up of the lining that is typically shed during normal menstruation. Also it says on the packet to go to the doctor if you are bleeding after sex. She has suggested going on the pill for a few months to sort things out - saying this is a normal treatment to see if it settles things down again. Personally, its a great excuse for me to get the implanon out.

This stupid birth control is seriously annoying my boyfriend gets worried because I don't have sex with him as I often did before. But every time we have sex it's like wait did I bleed on you I don't feel normal at all I've had this birth control in for a year already .
