Hello, I am 29. Two months ago, I have started to workout. How long period of time I would need to exceed big shoulder with small waist? Is there any special program for development of this kind of form? How often should I train in the gym? Is there any special nutrition regimen?

HI, I focus my training on develop the V-taper, my back and shoulders to their fullest form. I have used program in the past, and my V-taper development was tremendous. Here are some exercises that will help you with your back width: Wide-grip pull-ups, Hammer-grip pull-ups, Wide-grip lat pulldown, M-bar pulldown, Behind the neck pulldown and Shrugs.

Hi hayes375,

If you are going to the gym it would be best to consult the trainer of the gym. We are all different so maybe workouts that are usually helping me to develop my V-trap don’t necessarily have to be the best solution for you.

It is his job to advise you and show you the best possible workouts and the number of the repetitions in the beginning and after some time. I believe that you will achieve your goal in a few months if you continue to work out regularly and to eat healthy. It is important, especially, if you want small waist to avoid unhealthy and junk food.
