Im 13 years old and i weigh 136 lbs.. I have huge thighs and am continuously called fat. I want to lose weight desperately. I have fat arms, and a huge butt. I exercise at least 30 minutes a day and diet. None of it works. What should i do to improve my appearance and self esteem?

Lyric according to me you should exercise at least 1 hour..that's minimum that is you should join a gym that's what i can say..and you should consume healthy food too. don't eat too much of oily or spicy food..just make fruits and healthy vegetables your diets..and wait for the result in your weight loss for alteast 1 month and i am sure you wil notice an appreciating change in your weightloss!!all the best!! :-)
