I'm 14 years old and weigh 17 stone, I am 6"4 and play rugby for at least 1hr 30 a week, I want to lose weight as I find that I'm out of breath before anyone in my team and it would be a massive achievement if I could up my fitness, can anyone recommend a fitness program for me? (p.s I have never done any work out or anything similar so I would really appreciate any help.)
