Hi i don't want to say my name but im 13 years old and i just want to look thin you know im 5'5 and i weigh 147.6 i hate it. what should i do. ive tried litterly everything all my parents say is your young you don't need to go on a diet or loose weight all my friends are 110.3 :( i don;t do any sports but could you please help :)

In regard to your request, I think you should first understand that you need to burn calories you take in order to lose fat. To burn more then you take, it is necessary to do specific exercises along health nutrition.

It usually goes this way:

1. Change your habits
2. Stay focused and disciplined
3. Repeat & multiply

There is not magic pill to remove expressive pounds. What you need is the motivation! Start with small steps. Losing a lot of weight for short time could be hazardous to your health as well.

I lost 20 pounds in 6 months. It was not easy to motivate myself, and I learned a lot along the process.

In short, it is all up to you girl! Stay strong and focused, and you can achieve everything. ;)
