Hello! I'm a 12 years old girl, around 5ft 4 I believe, and 135 pounds. I have also gotten my period quite a while ago as well, if that information is needed for some reason. I would just like to lose weight, and if possible, quickly. I don't get much exercise since I don't live around friends to run and mess around with nearby, and I don't enjoy sports so I haven't signed up for anything, and it's currently winter, so I can't ride my bike or anything. Also, its kinda hard to go on a diet with my mum's delicious homemade foods that are high in carbs, and then I get free school lunch my mum signed up for to help save more money.
Is there any tips and/or exercises I could do to help? Thanks!
Also, just to clarify, I'm not getting teased about weight, nor am I very self conscious. I would just like to be at a smaller weight and be able to fit into smaller and nicer clothes. So I'm not too worried about this. I also think that maybe it'll be more of a nice healthy benefit as well :)
