dear doc,

me and my girlfriend had having sex for first time last 4 days ago which is on 20/12/2008 without using condom...i had pull out before the ejaculates comes but i still feeling scared that i will make her pregnant because it still have something call pre-come before we doing sex right?i dont know much bout it,that's y i am scared now.. .really feel very scared now..i cant even sleep,eat or drink nowadays...we haven't know yet whether it will make her pregnant or not.i did ask her to take vitamin c juices,pineapple,foot massage and some cold foods such as coconut water,ice cream and so on.so,is that any helpful to her?is that any other best way or positive way to prevent pregnant without giving any effect to my girlfriend?or is that any other useful medicine that i can get in malaysia to prevent pregnant?i really need your help because we are still young and i really feels regret of it now...we cant let our parents to know it some more, if they know it, both of us will get trouble of it...
