However Im not really called it a sex cause I didnt really put in my penis( Only by 1/4 ) of her vagina. Somehow just on the cervix. I pulled it out after i was worried she might get pregnant but i been reading few topic about this and found out more about pre-cum. After few days later.. she missed her period and we were so worried. but this morning she told me that she started her new period on Day30th*. I was wondering Does this mean shes not pregnant if she start a new menstrual cycle?

Sometimes, women are late. For no reason.
If she is having a "normal" period, like all her others, then it is very unlikely that she'd be pregnant.
