If diagnosis and/or treatment of ARACHNOID causes weight gain or weight loss?

I was curious, if diagnosis and/or treatment of ARACHNOID causes weight gain or weight loss. I was and have been extremely bloated since being diagnosed in August 2007. I still am bloated and have gianed a good 20-25 pounds.
