If you have had sexual intercourse then you are no longer a virgin. You have lost your virginity, but your hymen might still be intact. Some people refer to their hymen as their virginity because it is usually ruptured with intercourse.

Nevertheless, if you have sexual intercourse, an intact hymen will not stop you getting pregnant. Why should it? The ejaculation into your vagina will find its way to the fallopian tubes where for about 5 days it will be ready to fertilise a released egg.
