It is most likely that all the semen in the water was completely flushed away with first flushing. Subsequent flushings probably made no difference. However, some semen was probably left in your urethra.

Well Im wondering I guess could a girl get pregnant from semen being flushed and if there was semen in the toilet could it get up to her to get her pregnant?

I don't think there is any chance at all.
Even if there were sperm still alive in the toilet, how could it get up to her in practice? It would have to splash up somehow and then reach the entrance to her vagina. That would need to happen before any urine has entered the water, as that would kill any sperm. I would be more concerned that any e-coli from fecal matter could give her an infection! I assume she hasn't gone fishing for sperm!
