You are a long way from being done growing and as you continue to grow and develop your penis will grow as well by how much or how long it will take is hard to predict.
There can be a big difference in penis size among guys the same age and you are probably already about the size that would be considered average for age.
There are a lot of companies that claim their product will increase the size of your penis and they don’t work surgery can help a bit but not an option for a 14 year old you pretty much just have to wait until your body reaches the point in your development that your penis grows.
