Hi im 14 and 295 pounds ya i know not healthy at all im also 5'9 so my sides dont look so big but all of my friend are skinny so out of all of them im the big one ive tried to loose weight by dieting exercizing and fasting but it didnt really work i just got back into my old habits and just ate more. I used to use diet pills and yes my doctor said i could but didnt think i was losing anything. My mom says im losing weight and so do my sisters but i really dont think i am. I just wanna be 190 pounds and lose more from their any advise.
