i have noticed this for about a year now but dont know what it is or what it means please help me out by telling me

It is normal for your testicles to be of different sizes.
How "big" is big? How much bigger is it than the other one?
I'd suggest you ask your doctor for an evaluation. You will need an exam for any specific answer.
