I'm 12, 5'3, and I'm around 150 pounds. I can't go outside because my parents don't really let me, and I don't have a bike. I can't really hangout with friends in parks because of time. Plus, my mom cooks meals, so I technically can't ask her to make a certain meal beause of cultural reasons. I'm always getting the "you need to lose weight" or "look at this thing" from my mom. I'm getting very annoyed. I know I sort of sound disresptectful but thats just how I feel. I don't care about getting a girlfriend, I don't care about my style at all. I just feel worried about my health when I get older.
So what can I actually do?
