I know you think it is odd, BUT puberty in males can last till they are almost 20! IF you can't ejaculate at all, then I would suspect you have some sort of blockage OR it is in your head about it! Your brain is your biggest sex organ and perhaps you have a hangup about "letting go" or being "out of control" I know that sounds stupid, BUT there is a lot of studies into a persons emotional growth and that of sexual activity! You are NOT infertile - this is from NO sperm or very little - it has nothing to do with your ejaculate! You could be able to ejaculate ALL the time but have NO viable sperm! When you go to the toilet is it just urine or is it ejaculate as well? I would advise you to go to your doctors and have him send you to a urologist! You are 17 so you can make an appoinmtnet by yourself! Don't worry OK? Hi Michael, when you say erection and 2 inches are you measuring RIGHT from the base of your penis - just above your testicles to the tip? IF so I think you need to see a urologist - I REALLY don't like the blood in your urine! So I think you might have a blockage or even a little tear in your seminal sac! OR a severe Urinary Tract infection! A regular doctor can do this, you just ask for a urine culture - I am leaning towards this! Also mention to him about lack of ejaculate! Do you fantasize about men because you are gay or just trying different things to see if you ejaculate?
