I'm not a guy so I'm hoping one jumps in to help you more, but from things I've read and guy's I've spoken with The male body has a system that keeps it from being able to ejaculate and urinate at the same time. During sexual arousal, muscles at the base of the bladder contract (tighten) in order to close off the passageway from the bladder into the urethra, the tube through which urine and semen leave the body. This makes it impossible for urine to be released during ejaculation.
It is not likely that the fluid is urine, but it might be either pre-cum or ejaculate: It may help to go for a wee before you get busy to reduce the chances of this happening if as you have said your sure it's wee, as it really shouldn't happen. Are you male or female, as my reply will vary slightly if your female. I'm going to assume your a guy and so to add to what I said in my previous post above, sometimes before your ejaculate is how you may expect it to look ie whitish and lumpy, their is another fluid which is used to flush your tubes clear of any urine....and when I say urine I mean microscopic drips. The fluid flushes your tubes clear of the urine as it is too acidic for sperm to survive in, this fluid is your pre cum. It also comes out with your final ejaculation and especial when you are younger your ejaculation may not be fully white and lumpy, it can look either clear or yellowish.
