I'm a 15 year old female and a sophomore, soon going to be 16 this october. I have read the comments for Dr. Bernsteins diet, and some of the comments are surprising and motivational to try it out, but when i read about the kicking out part and the rude attitude by the doctor himself%-)  (which is very shocking), it has made me a little hesitant. By graduation time i want to lose the excessive pounds, i am losing weight myself by having herbal tea, and exercising plus there is the stress of highschool (if anyone knows what i'm talking about). But i still feel that i need to do much more than just by doing it myself. And plus I also have read that the people lose TONS od weight in a short period of time, which i know is not healthy at all, and some have commented that people who have lost weight have gotten even bigger! I certainly DO NOT want that to happen to me!..

If anyone can please help me out!
