Hello. I'm 14 and I want to lose weight because I want to get my belly peirced, but I feel uncomfortable about my body. Anyone got any ideas how I can lose weight and keep it off? X

hi, the best way to loose weight is to cut out junk food, exercises regularly and eat smaller healthy food, cut down on fizzy drinks and drink more water and to but down on sweets. Start yourself on an exercises plan you can do when you get home from school and stick to it :-)
