I'm a 19 year old female. My height is 167 and my weight is 44 what can I do to gain weight and what's my ideal weight? I'm a thin frame too. I can't ear too much at a time and I have 1 meal per day mostly.

You are young and growing. So don't worry. There are various proteins available in the market which can help you. But first and foremost thing is diet.
