So me and I guy I fool around with were having sex and the condom poped/broke. He said at the most it was precum if anything went in me. He told me to jump up and down if i was nervous. I didn't jump. I can tell you that precum does contain sperm the amount is very low to the actual amount of sperm at ejaculation. This makes pregnancy a low possibility. Also, so close to your period you are not fertile and again, will be not pregnant.
BTW jumping up and down will do nothing, don't know where he got that from.
