Hi all my boyfriend and I have been trying to conceive for months now with no luck. I had unprotected sex on my ovulation days and before I have had this terrible cramping and feeling nausea with headaches but the most different feelings are these cramps. Then in the middle of sex I felt nausea and felt like I had to vomit my period was due on the 30th and then the 27th I had spots of blood that is like a like period very light should I test or just an early period?

I am confirmed by doctor that I am in peri menopause. I’ve not had a period since December. I am also on estradiol patches to relieve symptoms. He said my blood test had such numbers that pregnancy wasn’t an issue. Anyone else get pregnant during this time? I am 46.
