i am amarried man of about 39 years of age. I have been having normal sexual intercourse with atleast an avereage of 7-8 rounds os sex over a night during sex. three months down now, i am experincing problems of gaining a strong errection after releasing for the first round. i have waist pain for all this three months down. my woman has been wanting to have more rounds but i cant now make it. This is really so frastrating!
Please can anybody advice or suggest any kind of medication for this problem.

It is NORMAL for a male to not be able to get an erection immediately after ejaculation. It's called "refractory" period. The younger you are the shorter the time required.
The waist pain could be muscle strains from having sex OR it may indicate an infection, possibly prostate related. Where exactly is the pain.
Start off by seeing your doctor for a complete physical. Rule out any health problems before considering medication. Your doctor can advise.
