For many years I have had indigestion every time I eat fried or fatty food. a few weeks ago I passed a lot of tarry bloody stool deep wine in colour. This went on for two days. Now I am okay and have no indigestion at all. I had a colonoscopy which showed no problems apart from some diverticulitis.
What has happened to me. I am 67
