Hi. I'm 15 years old, and a virgin. 3 years ago, I found that the bottom half of my urethral opening was all puffed up and inflamed. It still is, and its starting to worry me. It doesn't hurt nor cause any pain during urination / masturbation. Any ideas what it is and how I can get rid of it?
I am wondering if you are referring to the penile head. The penile head should look puffed up at the bottom and pink in color due to blood showing through the thin skin.
