Here are some links I found which are great information because sometimes we might not be covered under the FMLA however this Act does apply to every pregnant woman or woman trying to get pregnant and find work while pregnant. I know there were a few women wanting to change professions or start jobs while pregnant but were concerned. Of course discrimination is difficult to prove sometimes, but we are protected.
