Hi, I have one dilemma. I am doing gym training three times a week. On the other days I do cardio. I have that routine established last two months. I am doing my cardio in the morning and it is very intense. My question is should I do it on empty stomach or to eat something?
Your question usually provokes a lot of discussion. There are a lot of opposite opinions on that topic. I do cardio in the morning too. If you do it on empty stomach in the morning then it will burn your fat three times more then later on the day or after a meal. So if you want to burn fat do it on empty stomach.
