Alright so within the past two months I have been having very intense déjà vu. Its not like normal déjà vu, which I get as well, but it's a panicky scary type.

I am currently 14 years old and I know for a fact these are not anxiety/panic attacks because I've had and been treated for those.

Here is what happens when I have a déjà vu episode:

I can feel it coming on. It's like a buzzing in my head and then I'm numb. I feel terrified and panicky and my entire body tightens up in fear. Then I start to "remember" things from dreams. At least they feel like dreams. And it is the strongest most intense déjà vu I've ever had. It all lasts about thirty seconds.

They are usually triggered by things that have ABSOLUTELY no meaning to me whatsoever. When I sneeze, go to the fridge, get on my dark bus, look a certain way in history class, and more. My mother also gets these, but rarely and not as strong.

Thank you.

it could b a severe case of what u already had

The intense deja vu sounds very much like I had been experiencing for nearly 20 years. I thought they were anxiety attacks. I was finally diagnosed correctly with simple & partial complex seizures. You should see a neurologist & suggest this. (They won't necessarily show up on an EEG...........they didn't for me). I am now seizure free since going on my very first dose of medication. Hope this helps!
