I’m female, 23 years old, and I’m 20 pounds overweight, at the moment. I’ve been working with both nutritionist and personal trainer, which did help me a lot because I lost 30 pounds only by being careful about what I eat and exercise. The problem is, the last 20 pounds aren’t going away, even though I haven’t changed anything in my diet and I exercise even more because I’m in much better shape now.
My trainer mentioned I might want to start working out on Flabelos vibration machine which they have at my local gym and it would take me only 10 minutes daily, but I’m not sure does this really work for losing weight?

I hope your trainer didn't mean to completely switch all your previous exercise routine for 10 minutes on Flabelos machine, because I'm sure you know yourself by now that 10 minutes of any exercise per day won't get you the results you need.
That said, adding 10 minutes of exercise on Flabelos machine to your usual workout might help you break the current weight loss plateau because if nothing else, the machine definitely will help your body to circulate blood to areas close to skin which can then affect fat layers beneath.
