The pregnancy tests might be showing negative because you haven't waited long enough.
As for symptoms, when I was pregnant I thought I had the flu. Symptoms vary for everyone. If your cycle is a month or more late, then get a pregnancy test or go see a doctor.

WOW 13 years old ! you definetly should NOT be having sex...for ur sake u better hope ur not pregnant.
She is 13 days late not 13 years old. And if u havent had sex u arent preg. And i get a whitish discharge 2 weeks be4 periods and when i skip or am late i get it too .... Maybe same thing happening to u ?

When i found out i was pregnant, I also had alot of white discharge and I got a really bad flu and even pink eye. I also thought of getting an abortion and I was so scared. I decided to face my fears and have the baby. A baby is a blessing. Abortion shouldnt be your answer.

okay so i had my IUD birth control taken out 1/8/2009 and got my period 1/11/2009 we have had sex everyday since then trying to get pregnant. i have two kids already but want one more.
Now i have been having pains in belly like period pains and also a little smelly discharge, is that an early sign of pregnancy? i took tests they been negative still so nothing yet.
I also noticed in the shower today that i am leaking a little breast milk. Story with that my daughter is going to be three and up till this summer i was leaking breast milk since i had her. But it stopped and now started back up again.
What could this all mean?
